Mobile order a sub. Arrived at store and order was not showing up in their system. Finally 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my order, they decided to make it. So I waited another 10 minutes for my sub. Not a happy customer.

Great food. The speed of the service is great.
Can't follow simple instructions. This store has always given bad service. The food looks like a child put this together. I almost always have a terrible experience with this store. These employees much rather talk about their personal life and not focus on orders and customers. By far the worst firehouse subs to ever deal with. Favorite place is firehouse subs growing up but this place just takes the cake. Don't bother requesting anything because they wont remember
