Got a foot long and said pickle and mustard only with pastrami, got roast beef 3 times mayo lettuce. Gross
I paid for an item and never received it, then was lied to about how to get a refund. The employees simply did not care about the issue. They told me I had to contact corporate through the app, but corporate told me only the store could process the refund. The employees (same person I spoke to the first call) then told me I had to return to the store, which was not an option as I was already 30 min away driving back to my hometown which is an hour away. I ordered on the app and went to go pick up my order at the designated time. However, it was not ready yet. I sat and waited for 10 mins. I was not in a rush so I didn't mind, but ideally the order should be completed by the designated pickup time as promised. The turkey was good, the meatball was ok, and the tuna was average. They did however provide a buy one get one free deal which allowed me to get 6 subs for the price of 4 subs. All in all the subs were ok, but the overall deal was great.
