I would give a 0/5 stars if I could. I have never experienced such RUDENESS and behavior from a MANAGER at a franchised restaurant. Don’t try to use the bathroom here- they will beat on the door and try to OPEN it while you are inside. god forbid you have to use the bathroom before you wait 45 mins for them to make your sandwich. I ordered my sandwich and left without it. FYI- if your restroom policies are that serious they sell key pads for doors or you can lock them out and require they get a key.
