Placed our order online at 11:40am. Estimated pickup time 11:55am. I arrive at 12:10pm and my order hadn’t even been started. No customers in here, staff sitting around (which is not a problem when there’s no work to be done)… I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in by the girl sitting behind the counter like she was trying to hide with the headphones in her ear. Need new management to get their staff together or whole new staff. Not sure but either way this is ridiculous. Not even an apology from the staff.
