By far slowest restaurant in the area. Continually missing orders and not caring or giving a reason for terrible service. You could drive 15 minutes to another firehouse sub and still get your food sooner. Worst work crew I have ever seen.
Placed online order and when I went to pick up they had no record of it, even though I had a in app receipt. They would not honor my order and told me nothing they could do. I was using my birthday reward and now that is gone. All I was told was "have a blessed day". Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
We love our firehouse subs store. They are the best.
