I recently tried the Caprese Veg Sub at Firehouse, and it was so good! The sandwich was fresh, full of flavor, and perfect for a vegetarian option. Loved the crunch of the bread and how everything was balanced — not too heavy, but still super satisfying. Definitely a must-try for veggie lovers or anyone looking for something lighter but still delicious. I’ll be back for it again for sure!
