I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this one was entirely needed. I’ve been keeping this in for a few weeks, and I feel like it needs to be said. I recently went to Firehouse expecting good customer service, which I did receive it was amazing, even phenomenal. However, what was not good was what I was hearing. I overheard a few workers getting on another coworker because there was snot in a sandwich. I just had another very disappointing visit. The last visit from a week ago, I ordered the Cuban bbq sub that had hardly any meat! I have a picture below. I just gave them another chance and ordered the hook & ladder. AGAIN… HARDLY ANY MEAT… picture below. Are they trying to copy Chipotle?? If I go back, it will be for the meatball sandwich.
