Firehouse always has the BEST subs but what sets this Sanford location apart is always Alison. She is the heart, face and backbone of this location. I have seen her helping customers, training employees, handle stressful situations and she never fails to make people feel seen and smile in the end. I always enjoy picking up food to see and interact with her.
Online ordering very easy. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Very enjoyable.
I had a To Go order - waited over 30 minutes after we arrived and only 2 other people in the store waiting. When we got home the order was incorrect. I generally love Firehouse. I would not recommend this one unfortunately.
