Great Food, Great Customer Service !!!
I just ordered an online order and I’m asking the two ladies my order & they just received it. There is a Spanish girl she was so rude and gave me an attitude look when I was just asking my order. Unprofessional customer service. Also, my order was done wrong as well, they was just busy talking and not paying attention to the order

I went to the restaurant on 5/25 at 2:37 pm and got a Roast Beef Sub loaded but no Onion, Xtra Mayo. When I got home and ate it, the length of the roll on one side was kinda hard and the whole other side was soggy. The Roast beef was piled tightly and somewhat hard/tough. I don't think they put any mustard and all I tasted was Beef and cheese, and I think that they used Swiss when it was supposed to be Provalone. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Store #195, Sand Lake Location I’ve been a loyal Firehouse Subs customer for years, and I’ve always loved the quality of food and service — until today. My experience at the Sand Lake location was so disappointing, it completely ruined my lunch and left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to Firehouse Subs again.
