Food is good, but they have switched to a kiosk ordering system and cut down on staff. You may be waiting a while on food here. They staff they have are nice, but we would of gotten food quicker at a sit down restaurant.
Ordered online, got the food and half of my order was missing – support would only do a partial refund and none of the Uber Eats service fee (which is around 10%).
Good food and easy to pick up.
Disrespectful staff on multiple occasions, orders made wrong and no refunds for missing items. Would never go here again.
This is the worse service I had so far living in NC. A employee there who was very very shitty rushing us out, told us we had all the online orders. Then we called to say there was one missing told us we didn’t even look for the sandwich. But in reality this employee definitely took a lunch break and stole from us will never be going back to this hole.
