Very disappointed in Firehouse subs. Showed up on my Birthday 7/17 for my free med sub was also going to order subs for the family. The girl at the counter verified my birthday on my driver's license and was going to take my order but her Manager came over and asked if I had the app, I said yes but she denied it since I had not ordered in the app recently so I didnt qualify per the snotty manager.
