Very disappointed in Firehouse subs. Showed up on my Birthday for my free med sub was also going to order subs for the family. The girl at the counter verified my birthday on my driver's license and 2as going to take my order but her Manager came over and denied it because I hadn't ordered in the app recently I didnt qualify per the snotty manager.
