This location has a new GM and is improving rapidly Edit: Returned to location for lunch on Monday. Much friendlier atmosphere and the food quality has improved.
Delicious food and easy ordering
Our sandwiches were fine, but the service was AWFUL. My husband called to order our food and was put on “hold”. He could hear the staff laughing talking about how “the phone won’t ring anymore if it’s on hold”…. He heard the phone hit the counter and was “on hold” for 10min (he took a screenshot of the phone call)…. He was listening to the staff until he arrived to the store and ended up just having to order in person. Not okay, Firehouse….
Nobody in the store and two sandwiches took 20-30 minutes to make. Three people working 2 females and a male. It seemed like the females just stood around talking while the male did everything. The tea that was out needed to be replaced (based on the stickers they had on the front), lettuce a little wilted, store seemed a little unkept (tables could’ve been wiped down a little more frequently).
