On Friday August 29th I went to get food here for dinner, at around 5:30. Usually I love getting food here and everyone is so nice. But the second I walked in there was a guy and a short little girl with glasses who laughed and started making fun of me the second I walked in. I went in to use points, I had 28000 + so yes a regular customer. When I logged in they had expired, how ridiculous, no warning unless you monitor the app, lots of sandwich places to frequent out there Firehouse, in fact i oass five on the way to yours, I counted. Perhaps a change is in order of your points system.
Ordered 3 sand total $33, wouldn’t break $100 bill, only had cash, told could be counterfeit and couldn’t check with pen like everyone else. asked where I could get change and was told a bank ( no can do on Sunday) asked if could take $50 bill no one seemed to know Went to Jersey Mikes and will from now on you
