Food tasted great and was ready real quick. Probably need more then 2 people working though because I felt bad the one lady was running around everywhere.
Son wanted to try their new Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder, so here we are. Did not disappoint! He's sweating like crazy. 10/10 would watch him eat it again.
I have enjoyed firehouse since they arrived in Chattanooga. Met the owner several times. He is a great guy! The steak and cheese is my go to and only order this everytime. The sauces are back and they definitely can add a kick. Just in case you choose an 8, 9, or 10++ on the heat scale and it's too hot for your liking. Then go over to the tea station and grab yourself a lime to cut the heat. The citric acid with react with whatever it is in about 30 seconds or less. Try it at your own risk.
