I’m satisfied with overall service. Food tasted delicious. The sandwich was neat and my bread was soft. My craving is satisfied. Thanks team for the outstanding customer service.

I realize it’s Firehouse and just a sandwich. But when you door dash a couple of medium subs, and it costs a tad over 40 bucks, the sandwiches and order should be complete and tasty. Regretfully, neither was the case. We received NO chips, the sandwiches did not have any mayo on them and the bread was stale. Close it down or put the owner in there for a month to get it straightened out.

They were out of almost everything. The sandwich was horrible. The kitchen was dirty. The drink station was dirty, and there was tea leaking all over the counter then to the floor.

This place sucks. Today they were out of brisket so the one thing I came here for was a no go right off the bat. Also the tea was leaking everywhere on the counter and floor and they are out red cups large cups, large bread. Out of so many things. They had one guy making all the food besides the manager. Service was slow. Very miserable experience today.

I have enjoyed this location for several years but after my last 2 visits being less than stellar, I felt like I should say something. On my previous visit on 3/20, they were out of lots of things: large cups, medium lids, chips (except for hot Cheetos), and apparently mustard, because it was left off my sandwich. My visit tonight, 4/3, first off, no one was wearing hats or hair nets and my wife had hair in her sandwich. Also, the Coke freestyle machine had very limited options, basically just Fanta and Aha sparkling water. ... read more
