Went there this Saturday and ordered the fries and they were half cooked from air fryer. It was a waste of money to get them. Yhe young guys that was working was to busy on their phones. I think the french fries are a bad ideal stay with the chips
Ordered online through the app, had a pickup time of 7:35 walked in the store at 7:34 two employees were behind the counter, they asked for my name and informed me that it would be a moment. I then waited for 25 mins for my order, did not get an apology about the wait, nothing, took my food home and when I pulled everything out, it looked like the food had been very sloppily put together, nothing was hot everything was a mess, the pickle that comes with my meal was just thrown in the bag so pickle juice got on everything. Terrible customer service and professionalism behind the counter from a particular worker at Hilliard Rome location that I’ve noticed now a couple of times with stopping in. Guy is about 5’7”, wears glasses and earrings, has braids, argues with his co-workers about how he could be lazier and do less work which is loud enough for customers to hear the conversation.
