I have eaten at several different firehouses across the state, and I have to say this is the first time I have been surprised and very disappointed. Every firehouse I have eaten at, their sandwiches are steamed and hot. This firehouse does not do that apparently and serves you a cold sub. If I wanted a cold sub, I would have gone to Subway. That is the whole point of spending $31.16 at Firehouse because they are different than crapway, I mean Subway. The staff was so friendly and helpful with assisting me in using my points and my sandwich was made quickly all ingredients to make it were very fresh I will forever love Firehouse Sub
