I ordered the veggie sub, got home and it had no mushrooms on it. The ingredients list for the sandwich says savory mushrooms. I called the store and requested another sandwich to be made. When I came back in, the employees rolled their eyes, slapped my new sandwich together and slammed it on the counter top. The lady who had ordered before me was waiting for her stuff, and looked surprised and annoyed that they had skipped hers to throw mine on the counter. Firehouse… you are better than this. Pickup order. Order was not in the rack. Waited about 6-7 mins after due time, before i walked up and and asked about the order. They handed it to me, sitting on their counter. Not a hot sub anymore. Best sandwich in town. Great place. Just needed at least a “can I help you” as I stood there looking at the 3-4 people doing there thing.
