Way better than the Crossroads location. Much better service and I finally got to try the Thanksgiving sandwich and it was amazing. Thanks to the staff here for NOT treating white customers differently than anyone else. Crossroads staff could learn a lot from this store.
Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Both had some added veggies. One with jalapeños the other without. The sandwich that should of has the jalapeños did not the other one did. I asked for a new sandwich and the girl at the counter asked me "oh, you want me to take the jalapenos off" ... ummm no .. I could do that myself! I told her I wanted a new sandwich. Slow……. Order a half hour before you need to pick up your order unless you like waiting for a long time. Don’t use their predicted pickup time. Add 15-20 minutes to it.
