Been here 30 minutes for one sub. Still waiting. Three employees. I’ve only seen one order go out since I’ve been here.
Will never go here again. Too busy to acknowledge my presence only taking online orders apparently took the lady ahead of me waiting in line 20 minutes to get her sandwich really?
Rude and very poor customer service. $32.00 for 2 med sub combos & they made me the wrong sandwich. My wife's club was fine but i ordered a NY steamer. I was given an Italian by mistake. The lady asked if i wanted to eat it anyway. No i want the overpriced sub i ordered. finally got the sub minus any veg and it was hastily thrown together with no care at all. Service and food is TERRIBLE! Was our first time ever at firehouse subs and was told it would be a 20 minute wait which was perfectly fine. After waiting over 30 minutes we received our food and it was terrible. My French dip had a lot of mayo and mustard and barely any meat. The Cajun chicken sandwich had little meat and cheese nothing else. Didn’t even get the chance to have them remade or refund as I was not going to wait another 30 minutes to eat. Especially with a very hungry kid.
Placed order on uber eats. 30 mins later it was cancelled by the store with no explanation.
