Happened to got confused on way I ordered the food in which will admit I messed up on the ordering and I did politely asked thought it was supposed to be three sandwiches not couple as combo. Since I was caught off guard when they brought up what I ordered online and one of them rudely made a comment that I got what I paid for. Wow... never had an issue with Firehouse Subs, but that comment caught me off guard too.
Suuuper slow. Took 10+ minutes from the time I ordered to finally walking out door. Not busy. Additionally I ordered a NY steamer only to find once I got home it only BBQ sauce instead of mustard and Italian dressing... Gross.
Long-haired tall gentleman who works. There is absolutely rude terrible at his job. This used to be the best sandwich shop around. Now, firehouse subs is a joke. They don't make their sandwiches well. They're rude. They lie, never eating this brand again. Total garbage.
Has amazing tasting sandwiches with great fresh bread.
