I go to firehouse like everyday for lunch and it’s always really nice. The food is good and the price is good too. But the best part is Zach. I believe he’s a manager but he always goes above and beyond for me.
This place is awesome we go there everytime we go through Pocatello.
Its even worse!!! The employees ignore customers and move as slow as possible! The employees act like children and don't recognize customers. They had an online order for over 15 minutes and just left it sitting on the counter half finished for 10 mins...not professional. They have gotten worse, even their corporate employee that reached out to me didn't have any idea what he was doing or who he was talking to...what a joke! The food is always amazing! The staff here is friendly and quick with our order. I’ve never had a problem. This location is also great at supporting our community!
