The food was good, but last time I was there, I was made the worst sandwich i ever had,couldn't finish it because it because of being so soggy, and the workers disappeared in the back,when I wanted to talk to them!
My favorite sub sandwich is the Engineer.
Food is good. But online ordering VERY FREQUENTLY has the Racine store as unavailable. The phone app does the same thing. Does this AFTER you've entered your whole order. SO maybe just try to call the place. NOPE. Nobody answers. Complained to company on-line. Was told to order in-store for pick up. Why have the app then? Maybe I do not want to stand around in a store for 20 minutes. Maybe hire website builder 101 to fix your app?
We came in at 8:20 and were greeted by a young kid who stated they were closed. The lights and open sign were off. My wife said the sign said 9:00 PM and then he said they were closing. My wife asked for a manager and he said there was no manager. She asked again and he said they were not here so my wife said to call them.
