The food is always good at any Firehouse, but the service is ultra SLOW. There was only one order ahead of me and it still took 25 minutes….really unacceptable. If I had gone to Cousins or Jersey Mikes instead I would have finished my meal long before that!
I have been disappointed with my food.
I have been trying to get a refund for over a week after placing an online order. When going to pick up the order I was informed by children (literal children) the store was closed due to staffing issues. After having them flag down an actual employee, I was told they could not complete the order or issue the refund and to file a claim online. Once filing a claim online, I am told the store management has to be the one who issues the refund. They do not answer their phones and you can't leave a voicemail. Go elsewhere.
