Great place..friendly staff
Several months ago, my friend and I came in here to get sandwiches. My friend got chicken on his and I got a vegetarian sandwich. When we got home, I bit into mine and found chicken in it. i’ve been a vegetarian for 21 years and this was my first time ever eating meat since then. We drove back to the store and I planned on being polite because I know accidents happen, but the guy who made my sandwich saw us enter and started giggling. Horrible service. 6 teenagers working behind the counter all at once and it still took me 25 minutes to get just a SMALL sandwich.
First I was ignored after entering. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. They took my order, I sat and waited for 20 minutes for a freaking $20 sandwich with only 2 other customers in the store....AND IT WAS WRONG! Unacceptable, will not be back. Btw, firehouse is nasty, that incorrect sandwich was beyond gross. It wouldn't have been good even if it were correct. Worst sub shop in the country. A spam on white would be better. Disgusting
