I had never been to a FireHouse Subs and my dad loves them and requested it for our luncheon today. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious but the PEOPLE, Oh boy, they were the stars. Sweet, kind, and informative, the girl who sold the Mac and cheese to me with her description, spot on. The whole group today behind the counter sent me out with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and welcoming atmosphere.
The woman at the register was incredibly rude screaming and cursing the rest of the staff looked confused! I guess she was in an altercation with another female and it was so unprofessional. She was screaming and cursing in front of my child! The store also needed to be cleaned. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
