I love Firehouse Subs. I also like what the company stands for. My visit to this location was a great one. They did a fine job living up to the brand name. The food was prepared quickly, tasted fresh, and the service was courteous. Despite the seemingly recent string of poor reviews, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Perhaps there was a change in management. In any event, I do recommend.

The girl at the register was playing and doing weird voices when I was placing my order. Even though she was told what was to be removed from the sub. She was playing so much that she wasn't paying attention. And i had to repeat it twice. It was very annoying. It doesn't make me want to go back.
I’ve stopped at this location while traveling a couple of times and it is consistently bad. The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced at a Firehouse. Out of tea, out of many drinks in the machine, out of meatballs and employees show little concern or interest in correcting anything. Behind the counter, the floor is covered with trash. This is a picture of a large, fully loaded sub. Such a joke! This will be my last time visiting this location.
