By far the best Firehouse out there. A stand up sandwich with stand up customwr service. Try their new fries too! Super bomb! (I never review anything, but this place deserves the time it took to log in and write this review). Thank you.
Half the sandwich had no meat on it, very poorly put together on both sandwiches. Staff didnt seem welcoming. Someone came in after me complaining about a sandwich that was cold in the middle. Its my fault for not checking every sandwich before I left.
SHANNON AND BRANDON!!!! They are a dream team, they were alone and knocked out a ton of orders perfectly & Shannon went out of her way to thaw out extra steak for my steak & cheese so I didn’t have to order something else (she didn’t even know this is the only thing I really get from firehouse) will be coming to only this location!!!!! Clean, efficient, and KIND. Need more people in the food business like her.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came in last night (7/16) 40 minutes before close, asked if they had sweet tea (a simple question), and the lady snapped at me, saying no because they're closing. Food came without pickles, and when we asked for them, she was insanely rude about the fact that she didn't do her job in the first place.
