Came here for a sub on a Sunday afternoon.The food was delicious, as expected from a Firehouse Subs. My noticing of the return of the sauces made my day- I missed them after the events of COVID. The employees were polite and courteous saying "sir" and explaining things patiently. After reading the other reviews, it seems things are different in the early afternoon compared with late-night or have just changed in general with some guidance from the manager/effort from the employees.
