Food is way better than sub way
I'm giving 1 star overall one star for food because of the incidents that happened today. I would have given 5 stars for service but what happened today was not 100% fixed so I dropped it to 2 instead of 1 because I was also told that if I give one of the managers names that was there today my next sub is free which kind of helps. First the site wouldn't let us order a BLT sub. So then built you own option we did. Then when the sandwich came with olny Bacon and Mayo. This is not right at all.
Only reason for 4 Stars is that my favorite 6” Italian Sub is just too expensive at $10 and that’s not even the combo.
First time visiting a Firehouse Sub. The man taking my order wasn’t friendly. If you don’t like working with the public, don’t apply for these positions. I ordered 2 subs. I asked for NO MAYO my sub was LOADED with mayo. Didn’t Feel Like Going Back To The restaurant so they didn’t have other orders to make Couldn’t EAT MY SUB
