This red headed guy by the name of Mitchel is very rude. I have no idea what his problem was but the way he talks to people is a disgrace. Worst of it He literally smelled of alcohol when he was talking. Makes me very uneasy knowing someone like that works for a company that helps the fire departments. Yikes. We were not greeted upon entry and had to wait for our order to be taken as 1 employee worked on an order and called for help that was slow in coming. We ordered 1 club on a sub, 1 build your own and 1 hook and ladder all footlong. All 3 sandwiches were enjoyable. All the subs we had were tasty with ample meats and toppings well worth the price. Love the Italian subs but cannot believe they have a broken sweet tea container and only offer unsweet tea, which is not the same when you have to add your own sugar. Very disappointed today!
Order two 7 inch subs off of the Uber eats app picked up my order. Drove 15 minutes back to my house. Just to realize I didn’t have any pickle spears in either of my subs orders no napkins tried to call the store. Nobody answer the phone after six tries to call.
