Asked the cashier if the meatball sauce can be reduced and want only meatballs , the rest for the sandwich on the side . She said they will do the max to reduce it but the guy whoever was preparing didn’t even bother/ made an effort to shake the meats or a thing to reduce the marinara sauce on it. Don’t say things that you can’t do, it is ok to say you can’t make it. I told him you didn’t even try to do anything about it , just transferred it as you will do for standard meatball sandwich.
