Staff very nice at the Pineville. I normally go for the Hook and Ladder, but saw the steak and cheese advertised on TV and decided to try it. It did not have much taste to me. I will go back to my Hook and ladder next time. I always do their surveys for the free drink offer on their receipts. When they changed the survey where you have to use within 30 days and show on cell phone I can no longer use them. I have no cell. Very angry people that work there . Always long lines and only 2 people working. Horrible
Says they open at 9am but they didn't open untill 10am.
