I accidentally ordered at this location and was given the runaround about who is supposed to cancel the order —the store employees or the app. I had to reorder at the Kingstowne location and lost my points.
I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. Please improve the workflow, train the workers, or get more hands to help.
Very clean but could use brighter lights. Fast service.
