I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but one downfall is that on Veterans Day orders are limited to avoid running out of food. While that’s understandable, I do feel veterans should have priority since the day is meant to honor them. Overall, great subs, especially the Italian, which is my favorite.
Ordered a Large Hook and Ladder. I'm the one that got the hook, as this is without a doubt the worst sub for the money I have had in at least 10 years! It was mainly bread with very little meat. The ham was too sweet and the single slice of Turkey was so thin it was translucent, with only a shred of lettuce and a couple of onions--nothing else.
