Avoid this location if you can. My online pickup order is always wrong, and the staff are slow, unfriendly, and not helpful. Totally different experience than at any other Firehouse in the region.
They also have a hot sauce bar. I like the bread here and they have three different sizes to choose from. I think it’s pricey because we paid $33 for three medium sandwiches (no drinks, no sides) but I guess that’s comparable for most sandwich places nowadays.

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but one downfall is that on Veterans Day orders are limited to avoid running out of food. While that’s understandable, I do feel veterans should have priority since the day is meant to honor them. Overall, great subs, especially the Italian, which is my favorite.
