Went there for lunch, was greeted "welcome to fire house" waited at the register for 8 min with no service. 3 employees walked by ( they were 5 people working) and looked at us and never said anything ( a simple we will be with you in a few would have worked), even the Manger never said a word. We left without ordering anything and went to a different location. This is not the first time this has happened at this location with the service being horrible. I was only person at order window waiting for someone to take my order. The girl was on the phone taking orders left and right while ignoring me. After 10 minutes I walked out. Never to waste my time in there again.
