It took exactly 1 hour to get my small sub. Not 55 minutes, not a hour and change, ONE entire hour of my life waiting for 4 inches of bread with some meat on it. Firehouse is awesome, this one is not.
Came in here for lunch and they took an hour to make my single sub.
Combo prices can be high, but just the sub is reasonable for the quality. For the last 6+ months, service has been slow across Firehouse locations I've visited. It shouldn't take >15 min. to assemble prepared ingredients, but it has nearly every time. It's my observation that online orders are a large part of the delay. Firehouse went from where I ate lunch nearly every weekday to only on special occasions when I'm not on break or in a rush. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a DoorDash order since I work quite a ways from town. I ordered my food at 10:50am, it was delivered pretty quickly for DoorDash and it being lunch hour. Only issue was I sat down to eat and there was absolutely no meat on my sandwhich. They gave me the wrong chips and completely left off the 2nd bag of chips that I ordered and paid for.
