Food here is normally good. Went twice in the last week, the order yesterday at lunch time was perfect and delicious! The one 4 days ago was missing pickles, substitutions were wrong and sandwiches were cold (2/3 had unmelted cheese). It was after 8pm so I'm guessing one employee alone was feeling rushed? Idk. The staff was very friendly and helpful with options and recommendations. We ordered the large meatball sub and shared it...It was plenty to eat for two people. The sauce had just the right amount of seasoning, and the bread being toasted made it better able to handle the sauce, unlike their competitors where the bread goes soggy.
