Will not take your order, make you use Kiosk. Takes forever to get your food. Girls at the grill are too busy talking, than fixing your order. Terrible customer service.
Today I got the pleasure of being denied the Mike promotion at another unnamed location but drove 20 minutes to this location and called to make sure they honored the promo. Rell answered the phone with enthusiasm and also made my sub, it looked and tasted delicious! The other 2 employees Qb and Kee were also fantastic. I walked in with 8 minutes till close the place was super clean and they couldn't have been more friendly before Close!
