First off I see a trend. Last night my fiance and I came to FireHouse Subs around 8:35pm to eat. Let me note this was not the first time we have felt un-welcomed here by the same employee. The first time we never said anything. There were two employees working.. One was a stockier build in a black shirt and the other was a very skinny guy with glasses and a mustache. My wife ordered three subs. All three subs were messed up. They put the wrong condiments on them and we had to pick off what we didn’t like. I called back to talk to the person working that night and they told us to come back in and they will fix the problem. I was already home after a long day at work and didn’t wanna go back so they said they will take my name down and replace the subs on our next visit.
