There’s an older woman that works there who is just distasteful to the staff and customers. She is constantly loud, obnoxious and rude. I had placed a mobile order and went in for my food and she yelled at me because i showed up too early, my pick up time was for 5:05 and i showed up at 4:45-4:50. I feel so bad for the young girl who was working with her. I could see her frustration as the older woman bossed her around and made her uncomfortable. Soggy, over sauced improperly cut meat, poor quality meat, have not had Firehouse Subs in a few years ever since I was an area Manager for them. Wow these were the worst subs ever; Foot long steamer: meat was thick and fatty not even chewable. meat ball was ok, Italian was a soggy mess. Craving gone now, See ya in another 5 years.
