ridiculous that it took 40 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I’ve lost all hope !!!!!!! uncalled for. Laziness. I gave this place another try and it gave me good poisoning STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Dont like the new AI drive thru ,my order was taken ,gave me my total, drove up to the drive thru window, waited for 15 minutes and no one came to the window to take payment or acknowledge my order,so I drove off went next door to Sonic ,a live sweet girl took my order, and a live sweet nice employee bring my order out, good old fashion service was greatly appreciated, cant be beat,Firehouse has increased there prices, and cut back on service.
Came in ordered a steak and cheese melt. The sandwich comes out and its missing the red bell peppers on sandwich and onions and green peppers were raw tasting not caramelized at all. I let the lady making the sandwich know and she said sorry and bring some to me. They came out cold and the lady took them back saying she'll replace my sandwich...... nothing talked to "Megan" the manager and she was "Rude" you ate the sandwich....... I said yea but they lady said she was going to replace it..... I asked her to print my receipt... read more
Sandwiches are always great I'm so excited about their new fries
