Went to this location for my first time around dinner time. No friendly Firehouse greeting, i said hello as I walked passed the girl behind the counter making a sandwich and only received a glare in return, even the lady at the register was just standing there and staring, waiting for my order. No one said a thing to me. If they can't acknowledge a customer then my wallet won't acknowledge them. I simply walked out. No wonder it's empty at dinner time. Busy area but food gets out on time
The food is always great! They are always busy but they make sure you get your food fast.
The manager was a complete ahole. Refused to give me food I ordered online because I used a birthday reward and had enough points for a free one. Guess he was mad I didn’t have to pay so he refused to give me my food. Avoid this petty location.
