As I left, I said to the employees behind the counter, "Very nicely done. Quick and delicious per usual. Thanks." To which they replied with a smile and a nod as they continued to hustle on other people's sub sandwiches.
Convenient, tasty dinner option
We've eaten here quiet a few times, they're relatively quick, and yes it can take a little extra time when they get bombarded by orders. Usually it's just 2 employees working at a time. I've seen a few newer faces lately, and they haven't been as diligent as others. Hoping it's not a recurring thing. Either way, good food, and a great option when you're not sure what to eat.
I have Celiac Disease. I've placed online orders for this locations many times. I've been told by a gentleman before that their policy is when it is gluten free- new gloves, clean station, pull veggies from unused containers, mayo packets. Today, pick up sub had mayo on it. I explained the situation, they remade it. No new gloves, pulled veggies from used containers from front. I try to be as less confrontational as possible because it's public and embarrassing.
