I think ownership must have changed because the environment in the restaurant is almost hostile. The people who served us weren't outright rude but they weren't nice or friendly either. It's a real shame cuz the food is still really good but I'd skip dining in and order delivery.
Love their subs. Friendly atmosphere and good service. Plus they support firefighters.
We really like Firehouse Subs! Probably our favorite sub shop. The one on Oneida St in Green Bay is fantastic. Anytime ownership changes at a business I get concerned. This happened here a few months back. We quickly realized there was no need for concern. Excellent service & Great Tasting food. We have been here several times and have not been disappointed.
