I received a coupon from the manager of this location a while ago and had never been to Firehouse Subs. I walked into the restaurant and presented the coupon to the man behind the counter. A lady behind the counter whom I presume to be the manager/owner came over to the register and very loudly said they are no longer accepting these coupons even though there is no expiration date or location name on it. My poor mother went in and an employee treated her very poorly. Its very sad to see a business like this change so much. We will probably never buy food from this location again.
1st time visitor. was nearby by happenstance. decided to stop. food was hot and tasty. I'll admit it was hard to understand the young man that took my order, but it worked out the two sides of the bread were cut, not sure if that's normal. made it a bit messy to eat only been to a firehouse subs once before. seems like a decent chain.
The workers are super nice, they remembered my oder after only 1 time of going there, food is phenomenal best soda machine, the decor is nice and who doesn't like fire fighters???
My first time ordering Firehouse sub. I like subs toasted so that is big reason I chose Firehouse. It arrived as warm bread. I was very disappointed. Probably the last time I eat there.
