Firehouse is a favorite when we’re driving through Green Bay! Great food and service.
I just ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and a cookie. Spent 15 there. My sandwich had barely any meat at all on it. All I could taste was bread. Then it was loaded with heavy mayo and mustard. Felt like I was eating a mayo and bread sandwich. Looked nothing like the picture of it does. Couldn't even eat it. Made me nauseous. Now the guy who took my call was amazing. Very kind and friendly. But I went without supper tonight. Well i did have my cookie .
I requested to have my order/bag sealed for delivery driver. The employee told me that she would make sure it was sealed with a chuckle. It’s not funny, I prefer to have my food sealed prior to delivery services that I’m paying for. When I got my food, it was just a receipt taped on the outside of the bag. Food not sealed whatsoever. What’s the point of calling and requesting it? How do I complain, what’s the website? I do a survey and then what happens?
