Food is good but they need to either replace their workers or hire more because the wait is ridiculous. Prepare to walk in and have nobody take your order for a WHILE.
Amazing service delicious sandwiches
I arrived at 12:12. There was a long line so I opened the app, and placed an order at 12:14. There were 4 people in the drink area waiting for ice. It took 10 more minutes to get ice so the 8 people now waiting could get their drinks. Meanwhile, an employee was sitting by herself at the largest table in the store eating a meal. Several times someone came over from the register and asked her to help, to which she replied "I'm still on my break." The food has always been great, but they need to hire more people. The wait time is always insanely long and you can always see like 3 or 4 parties waiting for their food when you walk in. It’s not the staff’s fault, but they always seem to be so backed up with their orders that they can’t even take your order and ask you to wait until they can. If I were management, I’d hire more people.
