Asked for wheat bread, got white. No jalapeños, no sodas unless bottles, one person working and crumbs everywhere on the tables and floor. And no pickle.
Our family had a great lunch here today and the staff was really sweet. They helped us figure out exactly what to get for our picky kids. ;) We love the location and my kids always love coming here. Thanks!
Horrible place worst ever location. So called manager on duty had a very poor attitude. Drink machine never works and they are out of stock on key items. This location should be shut down for being an embarrassment to Firehouse. I wouldn’t be surprised if they failed an inspection. The place looked extremely dirty.
The staff that worked here today was terrible. Slow to acknowledge customers, slow to take an order, slow to prepare the food, had an attitude. Really disappointing. Will not come to this location again. I will go out of my way to avoid coming here
Placed an online order, showed up and the location was closed with no one in it. This was at 6:30, and they are clearly stated online, in the app, and at the store that it was open. Was not given an option to get a refund when called. Avoid this location and go to the one in Roswell EDIT: Based on owners comment, you’d think they’d fix their hours?
