Always a good experience at Firehouse. So many good choices to choose from and I like my sandwiched warm!
I ordered a large and medium pickup sub today and only got two mediums. Very disappointing, don't appreciate not being able to trust that an extra charge will be honored
They need to have some kind of light background music. Its awkwardly silent in there.
The new owners are friendly, the food is fresh, & the orders are accurate. It's cleaner & friendlier than it was under the previous owners. The new owners kept everything well stocked.
