I’m surprisingly a big fan of Firehouse Subs even though they are owned by Restaurant Brands Int’l. They are a nice alternative to subway and they are a great place for little kids to see some fire gear, and take home a hat. Would recommend the brisket sandwiches. I’ve had some ups and downs with their online ordering but it works.
I once rated this place as a 5 out of 5. But last few times I've gone here they always screw up my order. I ask for no deli mustard or mayo. I'm always guaranteed it'll be there anyways. Given I can't eat the mayo for allergy reason, I have another sub going into the garbage. I also asked for black olives on it, and they're never put on. THE WORST UBER EATS DELIVERY TIME IN THE CITY. EVERYTIME THEY HAVE A PROMO THIS RESTAURANT PURPOSELY DELAYS THEIR UBER DELIVERY REQUEST FOR UP TO AN HOUR. I LIVE 5 MINS AWAY AND PLACED A ORDER AT 5:27PM AND MY FOOD ENDED .UP BEING DELIVERED AT 7:04PM.- NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS NO LONGER WARM AND COLD - OVER 90 MNUTES FOR A SUB - AND IT'S THE 3RD TIME THIS LOCATION HAS DONE THIS.
