Disappointing Experience Cold and Soggy Subs. I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order We spent over $100 on five subs, expecting a quality meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. All five subs arrived cold and soggy. The bread was so wet that it was impossible to pick up the subs without them falling apart. There was a young man who worked as a manager o the weekend…who I can only describe as absolutely an abomination, rude, catty , mean, and definitely didn’t care about the actual food he was preparing or his customers satisfaction. Too bad because the food was actually fantastic and the rest of the staff are amazing. But this young white guy was absolutely over-the-top disrespectful - lacking any kind of managerial skill. We will visit firehouse subs, but not this location
Great quality food. Great experience
I was disappointed with my experience at this location. My sandwich took over 15 minutes to prepare, even though there were several employees at the counter, and when it was ready, it did not include the specific adjustments I had requested and paid for. I brought this to the attention of a staff member, but unfortunately, it was not offered to be corrected or replaced. I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations in Ottawa, so I hope this was just an unusual hiccup.
