An employee (male) just made an explicit racist gesture (slanted eye gesture) to my wife, I didn’t find out till she was out of the store. This is unacceptable in 2025.
The Boss and I went there for dinner recently. We'd never been to any Firehouse Sub shop before. The place is easy to get to right off Ogilvie Rd. Lots of free parking too. We went inside and I don't think there were a dozen people in the restaurant including drivers waiting around for mobile delivery orders. The decor pays homage to first responders.
