Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a sandwich from Firehouse Subs and found a clump of hair inside my sandwich. This is disgusting and completely ruined my meal. Finding a single hair would already be concerning, but an entire clump of hair is beyond unacceptable. Food safety and cleanliness should be taken seriously, and this experience makes me question how the food is being prepared and handled. I will not be ordering from Firehouse Subs again. I expect better from a restaurant that serves food to the public.
