First time eating at this establishment in general. I can't wait to go back again.
The service was horrible. I placed my order at 12pm and had to go to the counter and ask about my order. The order had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes no one called my name even acknowledged that I ordered before several customers that had gotten their orders and left. This is one time I think color had a place here. Then when the guy asked me if I wanted the order that was sitting in the window for 20 minutes and people had been reaching over it, I was just too out done. This place just can't get it right. 80% of my orders are assembled wrong or they're missing items. I'll keep going to Jersey Mike's instead. They have yet to mess up an order and I order from them once a week, nearly every week. You might want to do the same.
