I have never encountered a staff so incompetent at customer service and attentiveness—incapable of working properly or preparing orders.
Had a little mix up with the online ordering system today but the general manager at this location went out of their way to follow up and make it right before the day even ended. Good food as always and was very impressed with the customer service!
Decided to try Firehouse for the first time tonight (5/21/26) and had a really odd experience! The only person working there was pretty unfriendly for some reason, when I walked in and said hello he just quickly told me to use the kiosk to order. Once I ordered, it took over 15 minutes to get my takeout order for a single medium sandwich. I'd understand if it were busy obviously, but I was the only person there and I couldn't really understand what he was doing. The tuna sub was very fresh and tasty. The bread and condiments were perfect!
