Normally I have good service but this time I ordered online and it shows ordered a large Jamaican sandwich. I received a large sandwich with some type of chopped up meat. Maybe chopped ham idk but what I ordered and what I got are different

I kindly urge Firehouse Subs to implement proper sealing procedures to ensure the safety and confidence of your customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to place future orders until improvements are made.
The general manager at this location is unprofessional and lacks serious customer service. After contacting the corporate office on my experience, I’ve yet to hear back from ownership and the lack of urgency showcases how they value poor leadership and customer service.
