First time visitor Had two orders. A hook and ladder and a firehouse club. Both sandwiches were okay and tasted fresh. The issue was service. My wife picked up around 530pm and didn't think to check the order. Once home we realized the firehouse was missing bacon. I called and 4 tries finally got someone (the first 3 calls just disconnected after 6 or so rings i didn't count) i told them we were missing our bacon on our sub. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes the other day when I was behind one other car. The engineer sandwich I ordered didn’t even have everything it comes with (there was no mustard, mushrooms or onions) so it wasn’t very good. Just a plain bland sandwich. Didn’t let me know they were out of anything. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Drive through often takes extremely long.
