I am very disappointed I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and got a sandwich only with one tiny strip of bacon and lettuce on it, no cheese or turkey and they wouldn’t do anything to correct it! The manager Kaylyn blamed it on door dash and couldn’t care less to try and make it better. Door dash picks up the food they don’t make the sandwiches. If this is the quality of food she is okay with sending out I will never go back to this location.
The customer service was awesome. Cleanliness top-notch. Sacrifice quality, delicious
Kalyn was rude, disrespectful, and had absolutely no interest in helping out with missing items from my order. Extremely disappointed.
We love Firehouse and decided to have New Years day meal there this year and took off cooking. Thanks Firehouse
