Good sandwiches with a strong ethos behind them. A little slim, - and probably less fibrous than say spankys or subway, that's what my friend told me.
I love firehouse but this location needs some help w customer service. I have to eat gluten free and their online app always says not available even though they have in stock. I’ve asked multiple times and they say they will let corporate know but it’s always listed as not available. I try to call on the phone and they never answer their phone so I can’t order a GF Sandwhich online or over the phone. I don’t want to go in in case the don’t really have it. I must start by saying I go here often; and have never had this issue. But today everything changed. I ordered this sandwhich a veggie, with extra veggies as seen on the receipt. And this is what I got. Pictured below. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I paid $10+ for this??? My husbands was beyond messed up too and missed all the veggies and things as well. What the heck?? I tried calling to address the issue and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Very disappointed.
The sandwiches are good and the teens working the registers are teens. I love the Freestyle machine drinks. However, I was really disgusted by the condition of the ladies' restroom. This was my first time using it, and it was appalling. While the dining area seemed clean and possibly renovated, the restroom clearly hasn’t received the same attention or regular maintenance. I'm happy they were open on Sunday and that they have gluten free buns. The service was great and the food was great!
