Friendly staff and overall good food. However they're slacking lately when it comes to quality. Last three times I've ordered my beef and cheddar it's been sloppy and missing ingredients. I just ordered and got it with burnt bread, half of it spilled out and no BBQ sauce.

Delicious, sometimes it’s a wait but it’s worth it.
The service here is terrible. There were no customers in the store aside from myself and no employees at the counter. The cashier was sitting at a table in the dining room eating Funyuns and acted annoyed that I wanted to order and she had to get up. She continued eating the Funyuns as she took my order. I asked for the Engineer. Instead she rung up a New York steamer. I didn’t realize that I had gotten the incorrect food until I got home and it was too late. I will not be visiting this location again.
