I was disappointed with my recent visit to Firehouse Subs. The dining area had several dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. The wait time was much longer than expected, even though it didn't appear to be extremely busy. What concerned me the most was that when I received my sandwich, the outside of the sandwich box was covered in greasy food fingerprints from the preparation area. Great place to eat!!!
Customer service was excellent
Got a turkey sub, everything tasted fine. I ate it at around 8pm & woke up at 3am throwing up for the next 3-4 hours. 2 days later my stomach still feels uneasy. Never eating here again.
