Placed an online order today when I arrived I was asked my name I told the female my name she didn't say anything she started helping with other orders the whole time I was standing there my food was already sitting behind the counter she didn't even check to see if my order was ready after about 15 minutes she asked what my name was again I told her and she grabbed the bag off the counter terrible customer service the area where they were making your food was very messy the female had braids in her hair pass her behind the ... read more
Friendly staff and overall good food. However they're slacking lately when it comes to quality. Last three times I've ordered my beef and cheddar it's been sloppy and missing ingredients. I just ordered and got it with burnt bread, half of it spilled out and no BBQ sauce.
