Carl! He made my entire night! My daughter loves the pickles here and I had a mobile order. When I walked in I asked for a couple pickles to take home to my daughter who loves them. He hooked me up with about 5 of them and honestly made my night. Now I’m gonna go home, watch Netflix and be super dad because of you Carl! This man needs a raise. It’s the little things! Firehouse subs give this man a raise!
I ordered one French dip and one Italian on Wheat for pickup. I received an order and drove home. I got home 20 minutes later and opened the bag for my order to be 100% wrong. We did not receive any of the two sandwiches we ordered. Super disappointed
Ordering on line was easy and the app worked flawlessly. The staff were working continuously filling orders while I was there, providing great customer service. The taste of our subs was delicious. Will be returning soon.
We come here occasionally after church and today we came in and ordered our sandwiches and sat down, after about 10min a family of 3 walked in and a few online orders had been handed out. When I realized the family of 3 got called to get their food I asked the manager Tony how much longer it would be for ours. We weren’t in a rush but still hungry lol.
