Mostly here to shoutout the amazing GM, Stephanie. I've frequented this Firehouse often over the years. On a recent occasion, my meal really fell short and I left a constructive review as feedback is a gift. GM Stephanie personally reached out to right my experience and ensured on my next visit I was taken care of. That's very rare this day and age my next visit was 5 stars indeed. The customer experience really separates restaurants from their competition and Stephanie made a positive lasting impression!
Quick and convenient
I ordered a Pizza meatball sub. Let me tell you, this exceeded expectations. It was so ridiculously delicious! The bread was hot soft and brushed with garlicky parsley butter. Meats, sauce, and cheese were hot and good. The sandwich maker James knows his craft and was very personable, along with all the staff. The only disappointment was it’s my birthday and there were no discounts or perk for birthdays or seniors. Otherwise, fantastic! Recommend
