I have stopped in this Firehouse location several times to get sandwiches for my family, and every time is the same. I always walk into a clean restaurant. I'm always greeted by friendly, joyful employees who seem to enjoy their jobs and I have even laughed and joked with them. And I always leave with a great tasting sandwich. It is always consistent. You all are doing a great job!! Great food, great employees!
My sandwich was outstanding!! The workers could use a little training on acknowledging the customer. They never spoke at all to me , even when I wished them a good evening. Otherwise it was a great night.
I was so impressed when Caleb took my order over the phone!! He was super pleasant and helpful! I could hear the smile in his voice and it was just a wonderful experience!! Then Andrea was great at the register when I added some things to my order. GREAT JOB!!!
Absolutely one of the best subs I’ve ever eaten. All three employees working had a tremendous attitude and it was very obvious they were trained well! I was there about 7:00 pm on the 17th of July. Perfect
